The ideal candidate will possess expertise in counseling and performance management, with a focus on addressing behavioral issues during a standard 90-day probation period.
Knowledge of FMLA, workers' compensation, and HR laws, especially in states like Pennsylvania and New York, is crucial for success in this role
Onboarding Responsibilities :
Counseling, Performance, and Corrective Actions :
Document meeting proceedings, producing a comprehensive summary outlining identified issues, action items, and follow-up tasks.
Include details on any disciplinary or official notices deemed necessary.
